Responsible Gambling
If you feel that gambling is starting to affect your daily life, asia899 encourages you to contact our support team via 24/7 live chat for early guidance. You can also refer to the help resources on our Responsible Gambling page. Speaking to a trusted person or a mental health professional is an important first step. Our platform is available to help you manage your account in a more controlled way.
Common signs include: gambling with money meant for daily needs, being unable to stop even after planning to, lying to family members about your playing habits, or feeling restless when not playing. If you recognise any of these signs in yourself or someone close to you, take action promptly. asia899 supports players in playing in a healthy and controlled manner.
⚠️ Remember: gambling is entertainment, not a source of income.
Yes. asia899 provides self-exclusion and account cooling-off options for players who need them. You can contact our 24/7 live chat support team to request a temporary suspension period or temporary account deactivation. Our team will handle these requests seriously without any burdensome questions. Player safety and wellbeing are always a priority at asia899.
Players who want to set personal deposit limits can discuss this directly with the asia899 support team via live chat. This is a good proactive step to ensure your playing spending stays within your means. Our platform operates under international licensing and encourages players to observe limits that suit their individual financial situation. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
Chasing losses — that is, continuing to bet in the hope of recovering money already lost — is one of the most harmful patterns in gambling. It can lead to larger losses in a short time and affect mental health. asia899 advises all players to set a clear playing budget before starting a session and to stop once that budget is reached, regardless of the game outcome.
Documents & Verification
This is an important security requirement. asia899 carries out name checks on every transaction to ensure deposits and withdrawals are only processed to accounts owned by the same account holder. A name mismatch can cause transactions to be delayed or rejected. Make sure your full name at registration matches the name on your e-wallet or bank account.
Identity verification is typically requested when you make your first withdrawal, if there is unusual activity on the account, or when the transaction value exceeds a certain level. asia899 does this to protect your account from unauthorised access. This process is part of the platform's operational compliance under international licensing.
All documents submitted to asia899 are stored with security encryption and can only be accessed by authorised staff for verification purposes only. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law. You can read the full details on our Privacy Policy page.
asia899 accepts the Malaysian identity card (MyKad) as the primary identity verification document. In certain circumstances, a valid passport may also be accepted. For payment method verification, a screenshot or proof of ownership of an e-wallet or bank account may be required. All documents must be clear, not expired, and show your full name and a valid identification number.
📋 Tip: Make sure the document images you submit are not blurry and all information is clearly readable.
The account verification process at asia899 is usually completed within a short time once complete and clear documents have been received. Make sure all submitted information is accurate and not blurry to avoid delays. If you need a verification status update, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat in Bahasa Melayu.
Live Table Games
Baccarat is a card game where you bet on whether the "Player" hand or the "Banker" hand will get a card value closest to 9, or whether the result will be a "Tie". In the asia899 live casino, the game is streamed live from a studio with a real dealer. Card values are counted in a specific way: 10s and face cards are worth zero, while Aces are worth 1.
In live dealer games at asia899, sessions are broadcast in real time via high-quality cameras from a dedicated studio. You interact with a real dealer who handles the cards or wheel, as opposed to regular casino games which use a random number generator. This experience gives the feel of being in a physical casino, straight from your device screen.
Betting limits at the asia899 live casino tables vary by game type and the table selected. There are tables with low limits suitable for new players, as well as VIP tables with higher limits for experienced players. Current limit details can be viewed directly in the game interface before you take a seat at a table.
Sic Bo is a dice game with origins in Asian tradition. Three dice are shaken and placed in a container, then the result is revealed. Players bet on various combinations of dice outcomes such as a specific total, pairs, or three of the same number. It is popular among Malaysian players because the rules are easy to understand and it offers a variety of bet types in a single round.
Roulette offers a wide range of betting options in the asia899 live casino. Inside bets include a single number, two adjacent numbers, or a group of 3 to 6 numbers. Outside bets cover options such as red/black, even/odd numbers, or half of the numbers (1-18 or 19-36). Each bet type carries a different payout multiplier depending on the level of risk.
Deposit
asia899 does not charge any additional fees on deposits made by players. The amount you put in is the amount that will be credited to your game account balance in full. However, some e-wallet providers or banks may impose their own charges — this is outside asia899's control and depends on the terms of service of those providers.
Most deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are processed quickly. If your balance has not been updated after a few minutes, please save your proof of payment (screenshot of the receipt or transaction reference number) then contact asia899 live chat support which operates 24/7. Our team will check the payment status and resolve the issue in a short time.
Yes, FPX (online banking) is one of the deposit methods supported by asia899. This allows you to make a direct transfer from your main Malaysian bank account. This method is suitable for players who prefer using internet banking over e-wallets. Make sure you log in to the bank account whose holder name matches the name on your asia899 account.
The minimum deposit at asia899 is RM30 and this limit applies to all available payment methods. This means whether you use Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, or cryptocurrency such as USDT, BTC or ETH — the minimum amount you need to deposit is RM30.

Welcome Bonus
In general, most slot games and casino games at asia899 count towards the bonus wagering requirement. However, the contribution rate of each game may differ — some table games may count at a lower rate or not count at all. Check the bonus terms when claiming to get a list of eligible games, or contact our support for further clarification.
Cancellation of a bonus after it has been claimed depends on the current terms and conditions. If you have not fully met the wagering requirement, contacting the asia899 24/7 support team is the best step to discuss the available options. It is advisable to read the bonus terms carefully before claiming to avoid misunderstandings later.
Yes, the welcome bonus at asia899 has an expiry period. You need to meet the wagering requirement within the set time frame after the bonus is credited to your account. This period may change depending on the current promotion. Make sure you check your bonus expiry date in your account or contact our support as soon as the bonus is credited.
The asia899 welcome bonus is available to new members when making their first deposit. Register a new account, then make your first deposit of at least RM30. A 100% bonus of up to RM300 will be credited automatically or via manual claim depending on the current procedure. For example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200. Visit the asia899 Login page to register a new account.
The welcome bonus wagering requirement at asia899 is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM100, you need to place bets totalling RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. If you receive the maximum bonus of RM300 (deposit of RM800 and above), the wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
The asia899 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This means a deposit of RM300 or more gives you the maximum bonus of RM300. Any deposit above RM300 still receives only RM300 in bonus. This is the only numerical bonus offer available as a welcome bonus — other offers such as VIP cashback depend on your playing activity.
